When submitting a press release regarding a sale, please include
the following information:
• Name of project and location (city and state)
• Type of project (industrial, retail, multifamily,
office, hospitality, senior housing)
• Description (acreage, units, square feet, stories,
amenities, etc)
• Sale price
• Buyer
• Seller
• Broker name(s), if applicable
Property Lines
When submitting a press release regarding a development, please
include the following information:
